Die Version hat die gleiche Datenstruktur wie die PowerCMS 2 er Serie in der letzten Version.
Sie dient den Altanwendern als Brücke da die Version kommende Version SpeedKing in den Tabellen und Aufbau nicht mehr kompatibel ist.
Aber auch 3.03 ist wie die ganze 3 er Serie nur Teilkompatibel zur Serie 2 weil die Templateengine Smarty hier komplett entfällt.
Stattdessen wird die eigene Engine TPLE verwendet.
